In your SwapCard activation email you will see a button allowing you to activate your account, this is the first thing you need to do before you get started.
Once you have activated your account you will see the home-screen. During the conference this will be the homepage, On the left hand side of the screen, you will see your own name and profile, we encourage you to update your profile with some information about yourself and a picture, to help other attendees get to know a bit more about you, this will also help with the networking and arranging any one to one meetings with old colleagues or new connections.
The Main Sessions will also be shown on this screen. Along with the following buttons.
Attendees: where you can see a list of all attendees registered for the conference, giving you the opportunity to request to connect with them, as well as the option to hide your own profile should you chose.
Speakers: This is where you can see a list of all the invited speakers that will be presenting over the 2 days. along with their biography, the title of their talk, and the option to request to connect with them, should you wish to discuss anything from their talks that maybe wasn’t covered in the Q&A session.
Exhibitors: This will show you a list of the companies exhibiting at the event, and will give you an opportunity to learn a bit more about them and book in a meeting to discuss their services
Agenda: This will show you a breakdown of the whole programme, giving you the opportunity to select specific sessions that you don’t want to miss! When you add a session to your personal agenda, you will automatically receive an email 10 minutes before the session starts to make sure you don’t miss out!
My Event: this will show you a list of the sessions that you have picked out, giving you a personalised agenda.
